Raleigh, NC, December 2009 – Diamond Financial Services, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamond America, Inc. with offices located throughout the country, announces the biggest promotion in their history. Broker fees paid directly from Diamond Corporate no matter which office closes your loan.

Beginning December 15th, 2009 and running through June 30th, 2010 Diamond Financial Corporate will be offering a "Loan Rebate" for all business brokers submitting business acquisition loan applications that close by June 30th. Some restrictions apply (but not many) and the rules are below.

• Loan size must be between $300,000 and $2,000,000 and qualify under the SBA 7a program
• Loans MUST fully fund by June 30th, 2010
• All rebate requests must be submitted and acknowledged by Diamond Corporate no later that July 15th, 2010 and must be accompanied by the "DFS REBATE REQUEST" form and appropriate tax documentation (W-9).

Checks will be mailed directly from Corporate within 2 weeks of loan closing no matter which location processed your loan.
